原发性高血压病患者血尿酸水平与左颈总动脉内膜厚度相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the serum uric acid correlating with left common carotid intima thickness in patients with essential hypertension.Method:To use ultrasonography to measure left common carotid intima thickness and to use biochemical instrument to measure serum uric acid in patients with esseutial hyprrrrnsion.Result:The serum uric acid was positive liner correlation with left common carotid intima thickness. Conclusion:The increasing of serum uric acid is resulted in creasing of left common carotid intima thickness.%　　目的：探讨原发性高血压病患者血尿酸水平与左颈总动脉内膜厚度相关性。方法：利用超声检查法检测左颈总动脉内膜厚度，并用生化仪测量血中尿酸。结果：血中尿酸水平与左颈总动脉内膜厚度呈正相关。结论：血尿酸水平升高左颈总动脉内膜增厚。
