谷胱甘肽联合钙镁合剂预防澳沙利铂周围神经毒性临床观察

摘要

目的：观察谷胱甘肽联合钙镁合剂对澳沙利铂化疗后周围神经毒性的临床疗效.方法：将50例患者随机分为A、B两组,A组(治疗组)为谷胱甘肽+钙镁合剂+化疗组,共26例；B组(对照组)为单用化疗组,共24例,治疗4个疗程后比较两组临床疗效.结果：A组总有效率(治疗组)为73.3%,B组(对照组)为41.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论：谷胱甘肽联合钙镁合剂能降低澳沙利铂化疗后周围神经毒性的发生率,取得较好的效果,值得进一步临床研究.%　　Objective:To investigate whether the administration of calcium/magnesium(Ca/Mg) infusion combined with Glutathione(GSH) infusion can reduce Oxaliplatin-related neurotoxicity.Method:Patients after FOLFOX4 chemotherapy were randomized into treatment group and control group,and received calcium/magnesium infusion and Glutathione infusion(treatment group,n=26) or placebo(control group,n=24). The incidence and severity of Oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity after four cycles were observed. Result:After four cycles of chemotherapy,26.7%(7/26) of patients in treatment group were observed gradeⅡ-Ⅲneurotoxicity while 58.3%(14/24) in control group were. The incidence of neurotoxicity in gradeⅡ-Ⅱwas significantly different between the two groups(χ2=4.361,P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of calcium/magnesium infusion combined with Glutathione infusion is able to reduce the incidence of Oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity.
