胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗室性心律失常疗效评价

摘要

Objective:To observe the curative effects of Adodarone combined with Metoprolol in treatment of ventricular arrhythmias.Method:84 cases of ventricular arrhythmias in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.The control group were added Metoprolol only on the basis of conventional treatment,and the experimental group were added Amiodarone combined with Metoprolol on the basis of conventional treatment.The course was 6 months.The curative effects of these two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group after the treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of Adodarone combined with Metoprolol in treatment of ventricular arrhythmias was significantly better than that of Metoprolol only,and there were no severe adverse reactions,which was safety and effective.%目的：观察胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗心律失常的疗效。方法：选择本院2010年3月-2013年3月收治的84例室性心律失常患者作为研究对象，随机均分为试验组和对照组，对照组在常规治疗的基础上单用酒石酸美托洛尔，试验组在常规治疗的基础上给予胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：试验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗室性心律失常疗效显著优于单用酒石酸美托洛尔，无严重不良反应，安全有效。
