炎琥宁联合匹多莫德治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of the combination of andrographolide and pidotimod in treatment of hand-foot-mouth-disease(HFMD)in infants. To explore effective method on children with hand-foot-mouth-disease. Method:In our hospital from March 2012 to November 2012 108 cases of HFMD infants were diagnosed and and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group, each group had 54 cases. All patients were given the isolation,symptomatic treatment and ribavirin antiviral therapy. The control group plus the injection andrographolide according to 5 mg/(kg·d)calculate amount,added 100 mL of 5%glucose solution,intravenous infusion. The experimental group on the basis of control group plus oral pidotimod dispersible tablets 400 mg/time,2 times/d. Result:After the treatment ,the experimental group were better than the control group at the disappearance time of fever,ulcer healing time,rash subsided time and cure rates,the differences between the two groups were statistically significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion:Combination with andrographolide and pidotimod can obtain ideal curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.%目的：观察分析炎琥宁联合匹多莫德治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果，探讨小儿手足口病的临床有效治疗方法。方法：选取2012年3-11月本院确诊的手足口病患儿108例，按随机数字表法分为对照组54例和试验组54例。两组患者均给予常规隔离、对症治疗和利巴韦林抗病毒治疗。对照组将炎琥宁加入5%葡萄糖液100 mL中静脉滴注，按5 mg/（kg·d）计算用量。试验组在对照组基础上加口服匹多莫德400 mg/次，2次/d。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，试验组在退热时间、溃疡愈合时间、皮疹消退时间以及治愈率方面均优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：炎琥宁和匹多莫德联用可以获得理想的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
