泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血30例疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Pantoprazole in treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Method:Sixty patients of peptic ulcer bleeding were retrospectively analyzed in the hospital May 2010 to October 2012 were divided into the control group and the observation group, each group of 30 cases. The control group adopted conventional therapy method, and the observation group treated by pantoprazole and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result: The effective rate of the control group was 70.0% while the treatment group was 93.3% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The adverse drug reactions of the treatment group were less than the control group.Conclusion: Pantoprazole in treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding is excellent for big curative effect, high safety and less adverse reactions. It is worth popularization and application.%目的：研究分析采用泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析2010年5月-2012年10月本院收治的60例消化性溃疡出血患者，分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗方式治疗，观察组采用泮托拉唑治疗，比较治疗后两组患者的临床有效率和不良反应情况。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率为93.3%，对照组为70.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应患者明显少于对照组。结论：泮托拉唑在消化性溃疡出血患者中具有良好的治疗作用，疗效显著，安全性高，不良反应少，值得临床推广。
