CPAP呼吸机治疗阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To explore clinical effect of CPAP in the treatment of obstructive apnea syndrome. Method:46 cases with OSAS from in-patient department in June 2012 to March 2013 were selected,and the patients received the treatment of CPAP. Curative effect was compared with the 48 patients who received conventional treatment. Result:PaO2 and SpO2 for observation group were significantly increased,PaCO2 was declined,compared with control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Meanwhile,polysomnogram was reviewed,the results indicated that TST,RDI and SpO2Low for observation group were obviously better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:CPAP in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome greatly improves sleeping quality. It promptly releases the patients’ clinical symptom. This method improves the quality of life for patients. It is worth popularizing application in clinic.%目的：探讨持续正压通气（CPAP）呼吸机治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析本院2012年6月-2013年3月采用CPAP治疗的46例OSAS患者，并与同期采用常规治疗的OSAS的48例患者进行疗效比较。结果：观察组PaO2、SpO2明显升高，PaCO2明显下降，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；同时复查多导睡眠图结果显示，观察组总睡眠时间（TST）、呼吸紊乱指数（RDI）、夜间最低氧饱和度（SpO2Low）明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：CPAP呼吸机可明显改善阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的睡眠质量，迅速缓解患者临床症状，提高患者生活质量，值得临床广泛推广和应用。
