高分子纳米材料胸部护板治疗多发肋骨骨折的体会

摘要

Objective:To explore the application of polymer nanomaterials chest protection plate thoracic efficacy in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Method:Our hospital from April 2010 to May 2012 117cases of multiple fractured ribs were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was applied the elastic multi-head chest with external fixation.The treatment group was applied polymer nanomaterials chest protection plate(Xun Shu),to observe and compare the curative effect.Result:Treatment group in pain relief,reduce complications,curative effect was better than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chest protection plate in the treatment of patients with multiple rib fracture pain is small,simple,significant clinical effect.%目的：探讨应用高分子纳米材料胸部护板固定胸廓治疗多发肋骨骨折的疗效。方法：将本院2010年4月-2012年5月117例多发肋骨骨折的患者随机分成两组。对照组应用弹力多头胸带外固定，治疗组应用高分子纳米材料胸部护板（迅舒）固定胸壁治疗，观察比较其疗效。结果：治疗组疼痛减轻，并发症降低，疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：胸部护板治疗多发肋骨骨折患者痛苦小，简单易行，临床效果显著。
