目的：对自动调节持续气道正压通气治疗老年阻塞睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的疗效进行探讨和分析。方法：随机选择2010年2月-2013年2月在本院睡眠呼吸障碍诊治中心通过多导睡眠图（PSG）得到确诊的42例老年中重度睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者作为研究对象。采用型号为SW-SM2000C的多导睡眠检测仪对OSAHS患者进行全夜的睡眠监测（≥7 h）。采用SleepStyle200系列自动调压呼吸机对OSAHS患者进行治疗。结果：经自动调节持续气道正压通气治疗之后，患者的鼾声、夜间多尿以及白天嗜睡等状况得到明显的改善。此外，患者的AHI、夜间的最低血氧饱和度以及全夜小于90%血氧饱和度时间分别由治疗前的（57.8±17.2）次/h、（61.1±15.9）min、（162.7±114.2）min改善为治疗后的（11.2±5.1）次/h、（88.2±3.6）min以及（9.8±3.2）min。治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：自动调节持续气道正压通气是治疗OSAHS的一种非常有效的方式，可以使患者的临床症状得到明显的改善，值得在临床上广泛推广使用。%Objective:To evaluate automatic continuous positive airway pressure ventilation in the treatment of senile obstructive sleep apnea hyperpnoea syndrome curative effect. Method:From 2010 February 2 to 2013 February 2 in our hospital sleep apnea treatment center(PSG)42 elderly patients diagnosed with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea hyperpnoea syndrome(OSAHS)were selected as research object. Sleep monitoring using SW-SM2000C model for the whole night polysomnography were performed in patients with OSAHS detector(greater than or equal to 7h). The SleepStyle200 series automatic pressure ventilator was used in the treatment for OSAHS patients. Result:After automatic continuous positive airway pressure ventilation in the treatment of patients with snoring,daytime sleepiness,nocturnal polypro and conditions have been significantly improved. In addition,AHI,the lowest oxygen saturation and night all night less than 90%oxygen saturation time of the patients were improved from(57.8±17.2)time/h, (61.1±15.9)min,(162.7±114.2)min before treatment to(11.2±5.1)time/h,(88.2±3.6)min and(9.8±3.2)min after treatment. Contrast difference before and after treatment was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Automatic continuous positive airway pressure is a very effective way of treating OSAHS,which can make the patient’s clinical symptoms improve obviously,and is worth to be widely used in clinical.
