泮托拉唑联合生长抑素治疗急性上消化道出血效果探究

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical effects of pantoprazole combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Method:84 acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients were divided into control group and treatment group,42 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with pantoprazole,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with pantoprazole combined with somatostatin.Result:The clinical effects of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group;the time of successful hemostasis and hospitalization of the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group.Further more,the combined treatment group had less incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.Conclusion:The combination of somatostatin and pantoprazole has significant clinical effects in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.%　　目的：探讨生长抑素与泮托拉唑联合治疗急性上消化道出血的临床效果。方法：抽取84例急性上消化道出血患者，将其分为对照组和治疗组各42例。对照组采用泮托拉唑进行治疗；治疗组采用生长抑素联合泮托拉唑进行治疗。结果：治疗组患者急性上消化道出血症状治疗效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；患者成功止血时间和住院接受治疗时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗期间不良反应和治疗后复发人数明显少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：生长抑素与泮托拉唑联合治疗急性上消化道出血临床效果非常明显。
