脉络宁治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

摘要

目的：观察脉络宁治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：对240例急性脑梗死患者按入院先后顺序随机分为三组：脉络宁组80例、川芎嗪组80例、丹参低右组80例，脉络宁组采用脉络宁20 ml 加入5%葡萄糖250 ml 中静滴，1次/d，14 d 为一疗程，休3 d 后继续第二疗程。川芎嗪组给予川芎嗪80 mg 加入5%葡萄糖250 ml 中静滴，方法同脉络宁组。丹参低右组采用复方丹参16 ml 加入5%葡萄糖250 ml 中静滴，另加低分子右旋糖酐500 ml 静滴，1次/d，2周为一疗程。三组均不用其他扩血管药物，但可辅用神经细胞活化剂及对症治疗如抗高血压、降颅压、抗感染等。结果：三组间临床疗效两两对比，脉络宁组与川芎嗪组、丹参低右组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），表明脉络宁组疗效明显优于川芎嗪组、丹参低右组；脉络宁组与丹参组总有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.01）；川芎嗪组与丹参低右组之间总有效率比较，差异亦有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：脉络宁治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，起效快，住院时间短，有推广应用价值。%Objective:To observe the Mailuoning’s clinical effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Method:240 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into three groups:80 cases of Mailuoning group,80 of Ligustrazine group and 80 of Salvia mixture group. The Mailuoning group was treated with 20 ml Mailuoning devolved in 250 ml glucose solution(5%)by intravenous infusion once daily,14 days as a course of treatment,the second therapy session started in 3 days. Ligustrazine group was treated with 80 mg Ligustrazine desolved in 250 ml glucose solution (5%),the method of drug administration is as the same as Mailuoning group. Salvia mixture group was treated with 16ml Salvia devolved in 250 ml glucose(5%)plus 500 ml dextran by intravenous drip once daily,2 weeks as a course of treatment. The three groups didn’t take other vasodilators,but they were permitted to take neuron activator or receive symptomatic treatment,such as antihypertension、lowering intracranial pressure、anti-infection and so on.Result:Comparing theclinical curative rate and total effective rate of these 3 groups,there was significant statistic diffirence when Mailuoning group was compared with Salvia dextran mixture group or ligustrazine group(P<0.05 ),which showed that Mailuoning group was better than Ligustrazine group and Salvia dextran mixture group . Conclusion:Mailuoning has a significant effect manifested in rapid onset and shortenning hospitalization time in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction ,it has important value for clinical popularization and application.
