黄芪桂枝五物汤合参苓白术颗粒治疗复感儿63例临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of five ingredients and Shenlingbaizhu granule in treating 63 cases with RRTI.Method:63 RRTI children in our hospital from 2010 May to May 2011 were chosen as the research object in this research.They were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was taken with the protocols and Shenlingbaizhu granules of Radix Astragali cassia twigs five soup;and the control group was taken with routine drug treatment.Result:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.0%,and the control group was 87.9%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). The effective rate in the observation group was 86.7%,obviously higher than that of the control group of 54.5%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:Radix astragali cassia twigs Five Decoction large-headed atractylodes particles can be effective in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and achieve satisfactory,reduce the number of children respiratory tract infection episodes,and it is conducive to the growth and development of children.%　　目的：观察分析黄芪桂枝五物汤合参苓白术颗粒治疗复感儿63例的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年5月-2011年5月本院收治的复感儿共63例作为本次研究的研究对象。随机将患儿分为两组，观察组采用黄芪桂枝五物汤合参苓白术颗粒的治疗方案进行治疗；对照组则采用常规的药物治疗，对比两组的疗效情况。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.0%，对照组患者为87.9%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；其中观察组患者中显效率86.7%，明显高于对照组的54.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：黄芪桂枝五物汤合参苓白术颗粒能够有效治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染并且取得满意的治疗效果，减少患儿呼吸道感染发作的次数，有利于患儿的生长发育。
