60例创伤性前牙脱位再植的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect and the influential factors of the replantation in treatment of traumatic front tooth luxation. Method:60 patients with traumatic front tooth luxation(76 teeth)were operated by replantation and then followed up for 3 years. Result:The success rate of replantation was 86.84%. Conclusion:Tooth replantation is an effective way to treat traumatic front tooth luxation with a high success rate. For the success rate of the replantation ,the visit time and the way of saving teeth are both crucial factors,right ways of fastening and the relief of occlusal traumatism are both key factors,the age is also important factor.%　　目的：观察创伤性前牙脱位再植术的临床效果及其影响因素。方法：对60例76颗创伤性脱位前牙进行再植治疗，术后定期复查，观察3年。结果：60例76颗创伤性脱位前牙经再植治疗成功率达86.84%。结论：牙再植是创伤性前牙脱位治疗的有效方法，成功率较高。脱位牙的就诊时间和保存方式是影响再植成功的主要因素；可靠的固定方式，咬合创伤的消除是再植成功的关键因素；患者年龄是再植成功的重要因素。
