长春市2012年政府工作场所吸烟率及控烟调查

摘要

Objective:To examine smoking prevalence and tobacco control regulations in workplaces of governmental agencies in Changchun city,2012 and to provide scientific basis for the establishment of smoking-free city in Changchun City.Method:A total of 1510 civil servants were randomly selected from government agencies for a questionnaire survey.Result:The current smoking rate among the civil servants was 19.8%,without obvious difference in the rate among the servants from different districts,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05). The implementation of tobacco control regulations covered up to 63.2% of the workplaces and the regulations reduced the exposure to second-hand smoking significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The current smoking rate is low among civil servants of government agencies in Changchun city and tobacco control regulations are implemented in the majority of governmental workplaces,with obvious effects on reducing second-hand smoking exposure and promoting the establishment of smoke-free city.%目的：为了解吉林省长春市政府机构工作场所吸烟率及相关控烟规定，制定科学有效的政府机构控烟策略，为长春市创建无烟城市提供科学依据和技术支持。方法：采用分层随机抽样方法在长春市抽取1510名政府机构工作人员进行问卷调查。结果：长春市政府机构现在吸烟率为19.8%；各抽样城区现在吸烟率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；控烟规定覆盖率最广可达63.2%；控烟宣传有助于降低二手烟的暴露，接受控烟宣传的城区较未接受者二手烟暴露少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：长春市政府机构工作场所吸烟率较低，控烟规定覆盖率较高，控烟宣传有助于降低二手烟的暴露，依据调查结果，积极制定各项控烟规定，加大控烟宣传力度，有助于推动长春市创建无烟城市进程。
