分层管理模式对提高护理质量的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨护士分层管理模式对提高护理质量的应用效果。方法：随机数字表法将50名护理人员分为两组，实验组25名采用分级管理模式，对照组25名采用常规的功能制护理模式，对比两组的护理质量和满意度。结果：实验组的临床护理质量以及护理满意度明显高于对照组，且差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：护士分级管理模式在临床护理中效果明显，分级管理能够有效提高护理质量以及护士满意度。%Objective:To explore the application of hierarchical management mode to improve the nursing quality. Method:50 nurses were randomly divided into 2 groups,experimental group of 25 were used hierarchical management mode,the function of the control group of 25 by routine nursing mode,compared two groups of the quality of care and satisfaction. Result:Experimental clinical nursing quality and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:It is obvious that The nurse grading management mode in clinical nursing effect,hierarchical management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and nurses' satisfaction.
