分层管理模式对提高护理质量的效果研究

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effects of grading management on the improvement of nursing quality.Methods 50 nurses with 2-year working experience in the first affiliated hospital in Xinjiang Medi-cal University were selected and grading management was implemented.According to patients′satisfaction degree of nursing quality,the effects of pre-and-post grading management on nursing quality,nursing the-ory and procedure were analyzed and compared.Results With the grading management,the satisfaction degree about the nursing work was higher than before,with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The adoption of grading management mode in nursing management improved the nurses′working enthusiasm,responsibility,nursing quality and patients′satisfaction,which was worthy of popu-larity and application in nursing management.%目的:探讨分层管理模式对提高护理质量的效果。方法选取在新疆医科大学第一附属医院工作2 a以上的50名护士,对其实施分层管理。统计、比较分层管理实施前后医生、护士、患者对护理工作的满意度,分析护理人员在护理质量、护理操作、理论知识评分上的差异。结果与实施分层管理前相比,实施分层管理后医生、护士及患者对护理工作的满意度均显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实施分层管理后,护理人员的护理质量、护理操作、理论知识评分均较实施分层管理前显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在医院护理管理中应用分层管理模式,可有效提高科室护理人员的工作积极性和工作责任心,促进护理质量的提高,从而提升医生、护士、患者对护理工作的满意度,是值得推广应用的护理管理模式。
