硝苯地平与硫酸镁治疗早产的临床效果比较

             

摘要

目的:分析比较硝苯地平与硫酸镁治疗早产的临床效果。方法:选取2012年3月-2014年3月在本院就诊的120例先兆性早产孕妇,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各60例,对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,试验组采用硝苯地平治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗早产的临床效果、新生儿的体重及产妇服药后的不良反应情况。结果:试验组的临床显效时间(40.01±19.93)min明显短于对照组的(48.12±18.96)min,保胎成功率85.00%明显高于对照组的70.00%,孕龄延长≥48 h和孕龄延长≥7 d的比例分别为36.67%和55.00%,均明显高于对照组的18.33%和36.67%,新生儿体重(25.59±8.26)g明显大于对照组的(22.03±8.74)g,且不良反应发生率11.67%明显低于对照组的48.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平与硫酸镁对孕妇都有帮助孕妇保胎的作用,硝苯地平在推迟患者生育时间、新生儿体质、用药不良反应都比硫酸镁临床效果好。%Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical effect of nifedipine and Magnesium sulfate in treatment of premature.Method:120 aura preterm pregnant women in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected, and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium sulfate,the experimental group was treated with nifedipine.The clinical effect of treatment of premature delivery,weight of newborn and maternal adverse reactions after taking the drugs of two groups were observed and compared.Result:The clinical effective time of experimental group was(40.01±19.93)min,it was significantly shorter than(48.12±18.96)min of control group,the success rate of miscarriage of experimental group was 85.00%,it was significantly higher than 70.00%of control group,the proportion of gestational age extension greater than or equal to 48 h and greater than or equal to 7 d were 36.67% and 55.00%, they were significantly higher than 18.33%and 36.67%of control group,weight of newborn in experimental group was (25.59±8.26)g,it was significantly more than(22.03±8.74)g in control group,the incidence of adverse reaction in experimental group was 11.67%,it was significantly lower than 48.33%of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine and magnesium sulfate in pregnant women have tocolytic effect on helping the pregnant woman,clinical effect of Nifedipine’s effect on delaying birth time,neonatal physique and medication adverse reaction are better than Magnesium sulfate.
