小切口精细化被膜解剖技术在甲状腺手术中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨小切口精细化被膜解剖技术在甲状腺切除手术中的应用。方法：回顾性分析小切口精细化被膜解剖技术在92例甲状腺手术中的应用。结果：患者术后均无低血钙症发生，1例患者术后出现声音嘶哑，在术后第3天恢复，无切口感染等并发症发生。结论：小切口精细化被膜解剖技术安全有效，患者的依从性良好，值得推广。%Objective:To explore the application of mini incision meticulous dissection techniques in thyroidectomy.Method: A retrospective analysis of 92 cases to thyroid surgery using a mini-incision meticulous dissection techniques was carried.Result: In all the 92 cases, no one experienced postoperative hypocalcemia. There was only one case of postoperative hoarseness in 3 days after recovery, no wound infection and other complications. Conclusion: Mini incision meticulous capsular dissection technique is safe and effective, and the compliance of patient is good. The technology is worth spreading.
