临床路径在医疗质量管理中的应用探讨

摘要

临床路径是一种质量效益型医疗管理模式，能够减少无效医疗费用的支出，提高医疗护理质量及医疗资源的利用率。本文从临床路径的概念及来源、作用及意义、国内外应用现状等角度，对临床路径在我国医疗质量管理中的必要性与存在问题作出深入的剖析和阐述，认为公立医院开展单病种临床路径管理，对解决群众看病贵，合理应用卫生资源有重要意义。%Clinical pathway is quality and efficient of medical and managing mode. It can reduce invalid medical costs and improve efficiency and quality of medical care. In terms of the origin, concept, function, significance of clinical pathway and the development status at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and discusses the necessity and problems of clinical pathway implemented in our country. We guess that clinical pathway mode be carried out to managing single disease in public hospitals, which is of great significance to solve expensive medical expenses of peoples and to reasonably utilize health resources.
