应用个案护理关键点培训低年资护士的效果研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨个案护理关键点的三级护理查房模式对低年资护士培训的效果。方法:将本院120名低年资护士按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,对照组按传统方式进行培训,试验组按个案护理关键点的三级护理查房模式进行培训。比较两组护士在专科技能考核合格率、护理不良事件发生率、病情知晓率、患者满意率等方面的差异,评价两种培训模式的效果。结果:两组的专科技能考核合格率、护理不良事件发生率、对病情八知道知晓率、患者满意率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展以个案护理关键点培训低年资护士的模式,对低年资护士专业能力的提高确实可行,值得推广。%Objective:To investigate the effect of the three-level nursing ward round model of case nursing key points on training of junior nurses.Method:120 junior nurses were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was trained according to the traditional way,the experimental group was trained according to the three-level nursing ward round model of case nursing key points. The specialist skills examination pass rate,incidence of nursing adverse events,the awareness rate of the disease and patient satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared,and the effect of two kinds of training model was evaluated.Result:The specialist skills examination pass rate,incidence of nursing adverse events,the awareness rate of the disease and patient satisfaction rate in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carry out the mode of case nursing key points on training junior nurses,improve the professional abilities of junior nurses is indeed feasible,is worthy of promotion.
