特尔立含漱液减轻鼻咽癌放化疗患者口腔炎的效果观察

摘要

目的：观察特尔立配制含漱液减轻鼻咽癌患者放化疗引起的口腔黏膜炎的疗效。方法：将60例鼻咽癌接受同期放化疗患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各30例，对照组给予常规漱口液含漱（生理盐水、一杰牌抑菌漱口液交替使用），试验组从放疗首日开始三餐后及睡前半小时先用清水漱口后再用0.9%氯化钠溶液20~25 mL+特尔立（rhGM-CSF）150μg配制而成的液体进行“含、漱、咽”3步护理法。用药后1 h内不进食、进水。根据急性黏膜反应分级标准RTOG进行疗效评价。结果：试验组发生口腔黏膜炎的时间较对照组延迟2~3 d，发生口腔黏膜炎的程度比对照组轻，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：特尔立漱口液对于放化疗引起的口腔黏膜炎有减轻作用。%Objective:To observe the role of Recombinant Human Granulocyte / Macrophage Colony-stimulating factor(rhGM-CSF)for gargles in relieving chemoradiotherapy-related stomatitis for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)patients. Method:60 NPC patients were divided into the investigational group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group was delivered with combination of normal saline and Yi Jie antibacterial mouthwash solution,the investigational group was given rhGM-CSF gargles-normal saline(20-25 mL)and rhGM-CSF(150μg). The investigational group were educated to gargle after dinner and before sleep,four times a day,with sequential combination of water and rhGM-CSF gargles. Food and water were forbidden after gargling therapy. Efficacy evaluation was conducted according to the Acute Radiation Morbidity Scoring Criteria(RTOG). Result:The rhGM-CSF gargles significantly delayed and alleviated the acute stomatitis in the investigational group compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:The rhGM-CSF gargles have the potential to relieve the chemoradiotherapy-related stomatitis for NPC patients.
