The invention concerns a micronized aqueous suspension of toxicortol pivalate, in a solution containing a surfactant and a viscosity agent. The invention also concerns a mouth-wash based on said suspension. The invention is useful for treating inflammations in the laryngeal, bucco-pharyngeal and rhino-pharyngeal zones.
