封闭式负压引流（VSD）在大面积皮肤撕脱伤中的应用与护理体会

摘要

目的：探讨封闭式负压引流技术在治疗大面积皮肤撕脱伤中的应用和护理体会。方法：2011年3月-2013年12月对38例因大面积皮肤撕脱伤造成皮肤、软组织缺损的患者，行急诊清创后创面应用VSD负压引流，拆除引流后给予二期植皮，同时加强术前、术后护理及健康宣教。结果：所有患者经应用VSD治疗后创面均生成新鲜肉芽组织，自体中厚皮片游离植皮后创面愈合良好。结论：密切的护理观察是保障VSD技术在治疗大面积皮肤撕脱伤中成功实施的重要环节，专业、细致的护理工作在整个治疗过程中具有至关重要的作用。%Objective: To discuss application of VSD treatment on large scale skin avulsion injury and nursing effect.Method: From March 2011 to December 2013, we operated emergency treatment and debridement on 38 patients who had loss of skin and soft tissue caused by large skin avulsion injury; and then, applied VSD treatment. After that, we offered the second phase skin grafting, as well as consolidate nursing and health education before and after operation. Result: After application of VSD treatment, all the patients surface of the wound produce fresh granulation tissue, with satisfying recovery after auto-pachyderma skin grafting.Conclusion: Intimating nursing observation is an important factor to safeguard application of VSD on large scale skin avulsion injury, besides, professional and careful nursing plays an important role in treatment process.
