三维超声在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病临床应用中的观察和评估

摘要

目的：探讨三维超声在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病诊断中的应用。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年12月在本院就诊的110例产妇，在产后6~12周内，分别用二维超声和三维超声对其是否有盆底功能障碍进行诊断检查，比较这两种检查方法对于疾病的检出率的差异。结果：二维超声对于盆底功能障碍性疾病检出阳性患者75例，检出率为68.2%，三维超声检出阳性患者88例，检查率为80.0%，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：三维超声技术的应用对于女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断提供有效依据，临床可以推广使用。%Objective:To study the three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of female pelvic floor functional disorder. Method:From January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital 110 cases,maternal postpartum 6-12 weeks,were respectively detected with two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound for the diagnosis to have pelvic floor dysfunction check. To compare the two methods of checking for differences in disease detection rate. Result:Two-dimensional ultrasound for 75 pelvic floor functional disorder detection positive patients,the detection rate was 68.2%,three-dimensional ultrasound detection positive patient 88 cases,checked the rate 80.0%,which showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of the three-dimensional ultrasound for the diagnosis of female pelvic floor functional disorder to provide effective basis,clinical can promote the use.
