主动护理在阿尔兹海默病护理路径中的重要性研究

摘要

目的：研究主动护理在阿尔兹海默病护理路径中的重要性。方法：选择2013年5月-2014年5月在本院住院治疗的60岁以上阿尔兹海默病患者88例，采用随机分组法将患者分为A组和B组。A组采用带有情感交流的主动护理路径，B组采用传统护理路径，比较两组总有效率及MMSE和ADL数据。结果：A组有效率为75.0%，B组为56.8%，A组患者MMSE及ADL指标均明显优于B组（P<0.05）。结论：主动护理在阿尔兹海默病护理路径中的重要性是存在的。%Objective:To study the importance of positive nursing in the nursing path of Alzheimer’s disease.Method:88 patients over 60 years old who were hospitalized for treatment of Alzheimer’s disease from May 2013 to May 2014 were chosen. They were divided into group A and group B at random.Patients in the group A were given the positive nursing path with emotion while patients in the group A were cured with the application of traditional nursing path.The total effective rate,Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of group A was 75.0% and that of group B was 56.8%.MMSE and ADL of the patients in the group A were obviously better than that in the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive nursing is important in the nursing path of Alzheimer’s disease.
