前列地尔改善慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨分析前列地尔在改善慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能的临床效果。方法：将2013年7月-2016年5月本院收治的70例慢性肾衰竭患者作为观察对象，将其均分为对照组和试验组，各35例。两组均进行常规治疗，包括对症治疗和饮食治疗，试验组在常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔，测定比较治疗前后两组患者超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、血清肌酐（Scr）、甘油三酯（TG）、脂蛋白A1（Apo-A1）、尿素氮（BUN）、总胆固醇（TC）、24 h尿蛋白定量（UPro）、脂蛋白B100（Apo-B100）、血内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）、芳香酯酶（Are）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）等指标。结果：和治疗前相比，对照组患者治疗后Ccr、Scr、BUN、TC、HDL-C、Apo-B100、ArE、hs-CRP指标均好转（P<0.05）；UPro、TG、Apo-A1与治疗前比较均无显著好转（P>0.05）；试验组患者治疗后Scr、BUN、UPro、TC、TG、Apo-B100、hs-CRP指标均明显下降，Ccr、ArE、HDL-C、Apo-A1指标均明显上升（P<0.05）。且治疗后试验组临床各指标好转情况均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：应用前列地尔治疗慢性肾衰竭，可有效改善患者肾功能和脂代谢紊乱情况，效果显著，值得在临床中应用推广。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Alprostadil in improving renal function in CRF patients.Method:70 cases with chronic renal failure in our hospital from July 2013 to May 2016 were selected as the objects of observation,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,35 cases in each group.All patients were given routine treatment,including symptomatic treatment and diet therapy,on the basis of the experimental group were treated with Alprostadil.Before and after treatment,the hypersensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),serum creatinine(Scr),triglyceride(TG),apolipoprotein-A1(Apo-A1),urea nitrogen(BUN),total cholesterol(TC),24 h urinary protein(UPro),apolipoprotein-B100(Apo-B100), blood creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),aromatic esterase(Are),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and other indicators of the two groups were mensurated and compared.Result:Compared with before treatment,patients in the control group after treatment,Ccr,Scr,BUN,TC,HDL-C,Apo-B100,ArE,hs-CRP indices were improved(P<0.05);UPro,TG,Apo-A1 was not significantly improved compared with before treatment (P>0.05).Patients in the experimental group after treatment,Scr,BUN,UPro,TC,TG,Apo-B100,hs-CRP,Ccr,ArE indices decreased significantly(P<0.05);HDL-C,Apo-A1 indices were significantly increased (P<0.05).And after treatment,the clinical indices of experimental group compared with the control group improved significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of alprostadil in treatment of chronic renal failure,can effectively improve renal function and lipid metabolism disorders,the effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
