综合护理干预对膀胱癌患者术后膀胱灌注化疗依从性的影响

摘要

Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bladder irrigation chemotherapy in patients with bladder cancer.Method:98 patients with postoperative bladder perfusion chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each of 49 cases.The patients in the control group were used with routine nursing,the patients in experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical compliance,quality of life and adverse reactions of the patients in two groups were compared.Result:The clinical compliance,quality of life in the experimental group were significantly better than those in control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical compliance of patients with bladder perfusion chemotherapy,can inhibit the adverse reactions,and actively improve the quality of life.%目的：分析综合护理干预在膀胱癌患者手术后膀胱灌注化疗中的应用效果。方法：将98例行术后膀胱灌注化疗患者随机分为对照组与试验组，各49例，对照组患者采用常规护理配合，试验组患者给予综合护理干预，比较两组患者护理后的临床依从性、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果：试验组患者化疗过程中的临床依从性、生活质量均显著优于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合护理干预可良好改善行膀胱灌注化疗患者的临床依从性，对化疗相关不良反应有良好抑制作用，并积极提升其生活质量。
