TECHNIQUE FOR FORMATION OF ORTHOTOPIC URINE RESERVOIR IN PATIENTS WITH BLADDER CANCER AFTER RADICAL CYSTECTOMY

A technique for the formation of the orthotopic urine reservoir in the patients with bladder cancer after the radical cystectomy comprises the resection of the ileum, its detubulation, the tailoring the urine reservoir in the shape of the sphere, and the anastomosing. The neck for the reservoir is generated, and the ureters are implanted into its mesenteric edge. The end-to-side anastomosis between the ureter and the reservoirs is applied without antireflux protection. All anastomoses are peritonized.
