呼吸道合胞病毒感染的毛细支气管炎患儿维生素D水平的研究

摘要

Objective:To understand the 25-(OH)D3 levels in children with bronchiolitis injected by respiratory virus.Method:From June 2013 to April 2015,80 cases of children bronchiolitis which were diagnosed as RSV infection in our hospital were selected as the case group,they were divided into 30 cases of severe group and 50 cases of mild group according to the severity of the disease,another 80 cases of healthy children in the same age as the control group,the level of 25-(OH)D3 were compared.Result:25-(OH)D3 levels of the case group was significantly lower than that of the control group,25-(OH)D3 levels of severe group was lower than that of mild group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).25-(OH)D3 levels of mild group was lower than the control group,but there was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum 25-(OH)D3 in severe children were significantly lower.%目的：了解呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）感染的毛细支气管炎患儿血清25羟维生素D3[25-（OH）D3]水平，探讨维生素D缺乏与RSV毛细支气管炎发病的关系。方法：选取2013年6月-2015年4月于本院确诊为RSV感染的毛细支气管炎患儿80例作为病例组，根据病情严重程度将其分为重症组30例和轻症组50例，另择同龄健康儿童80例作为对照组，比较两组血清25-（OH）D3水平。结果：病例组25-（OH）D3浓度低于正常对照组，重症组低于轻症组和对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），轻症组低于对照组，但比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：重症患儿的血清25-（OH）D3水平明显降低。
