APACHEⅡ评分联合Walerlow评分预防危重患者压疮发生的研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the value of APACHEⅡ score combined with Walerlow score in preventing the occurrence of pressure ulcers in critical patients.Method:From March 2015 to January 2016,200 ICU critical patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the sampling method,each group had 100 cases.The control group was treated with routine care according to the type of disease,observation group was treated with APACHEⅡ score and Walerlow score dynamic evaluation by day shift nurses,the risk of pressure ulcer in two groups were analyzed and the corresponding nursing intervention was given.Result:The incidence of pressure ulcers and hospital complications in observation group were lower than control group,there were significant difference in two groups of APACHEⅡ and Walerlow score of pressure ulcers(P<0.05).Conclusion:APACHEⅡ score combined with Walerlow pressure ulcer risk score can effectively improve the clinical nurses in ICU patients with severe pressure ulcers prevention consciousness,and through the related nursing intervention can effectively reduce the critical patients in the hospital during the risk of pressure ulcers,which has clinical application and popularization value.%目的：探讨APACHEⅡ评分联合Walerlow评分在预防ICU危重患者压疮发生中的应用价值。方法：选择2015年3月-2016年1月本院ICU危重患者200例作为研究对象，采用随机抽样法分为对照组和观察组，每组100例。对照组按照疾病种类进行常规护理，观察组每天由白班护士进行APACHEⅡ评分和Walerlow压疮高危评分动态评估，分析两组患者住院期间压疮发生风险并给予针对性护理干预。结果：观察组压疮发生率和住院期间并发症发生率均低于对照组，两组有无压疮的APACHEⅡ和Walerlow评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：APACHEⅡ评分联合Walerlow压疮高危评分可有效提高临床护士对ICU重症患者压疮形成的预防意识，并通过相关护理干预可有效降低危重症患者住院期间压疮的发生风险，具有临床应用及推广价值。
