缺血性肠病的研究进展

摘要

缺血性肠病（Ischemic bowel disease，IBD）近年来越来越受到重视，由于其死亡率高，临床特点不典型，缺血性肠病极易引起误诊。一旦怀疑有缺血性肠病的患者，应及早行腹部CT、选择性腹腔动脉造影、肠镜等检查，该病治疗以内科治疗、手术治疗和介入治疗为主。%Ischemic bowel disease has been paid more and more attention in recent years.Because of its high mortality and atypical clinical characteristics,IBD can easily lead to misdiagnosis.If we consider someone who has IBD,he should do abdominal CT,DSA,enteroscopy as soon as possible.The treatment methods are mainly medical treatment,surgical treatment and interventional therapy.
