NRP-1参与Tregs免疫调节作用机制的研究进展

摘要

NRP-1在Tregs发挥免疫调节功能中扮演着重要角色，因此深入研究NRP-1与Tregs之间的相互作用对研究相关疾病的发生发展起到至关重要的作用。本文就NRP-1及Tregs的生物学特性， NRP-1在Tregs上的表达及两者之间的作用机制3个方面做一综述。%NRP-1 plays an important role in the immune regulating function of Tregs.So further study on the interaction between NRP-1 and Tregs plays a crucial role for researching the occurrence and development of diseases.This paper is devoted to make a review of three parts:the biological characteristics of NRP-1 and Tregs, the expression of NRP-1 on Tregs,the action mechanism between NRP-1 and Tregs.
