脂质水胶吸收敷料在脊柱外科预防术中压疮的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the lipid col oid absorption dressing in preventing pressure ulcer in spinal surgery ef ect. Methods In our hospital from 2014 February to 2014 April were treated 98 patients by operation, were divided into control group and experimental group, to compare the lipid col oid absorption dressing before using the rate of pressure ulcer ef ect. Results 49 cases in the control group in which 25 groups of non pressure ulcers, 24 sets of pressure sores. The experimental group of 49 cases in 46 cases without the occur ence of pressure ulcers, 3 cases of bedsore. Conclusion Lipid col oid absorption dressing stuck firmly, is not easy to fal of the edge, economical and practical, greatly reducing the pressure ulcer incidence, it is worth in clinical application.%目的：观察脂质水胶吸收敷料在脊柱外科预防术中压疮的效果。方法分析我科自2014年2月~4月共收治的手术患者98例,按情况分别分为对照组与实验组,观察比较脂质水胶吸收敷料使用前后压疮发生率的效果。结果对照组49例中有25例未发生压疮,24例发生压疮。实验组49例中46例未发生压疮,3例发生压疮。结论脂质水胶吸收敷料贴合牢固,不易脱落卷边,经济实用,大大降低了术中压疮的发生率,值得在临床推广应用。
