经鼻蝶手术切除垂体瘤的护理

摘要

Objective To study the nursing of single nostril approach for resection of pituitary tumors. Methods 2013 December ~ 2014 April 20 cases were treated by endoscopic clinical nursing transsphenoidal pituitary tumor were retrospectively analyzed. Results Through careful nursing, al 20 patients recovered and were discharged. Conclusion Transnasal transsphenoidal approach in surgical treatment of pituitary tumors of smal injury, less complication. Perioperative nursing, to accelerate the recovery of patients is very important.%目的：探讨经单鼻孔入路切除垂体肿瘤的护理。方法对2013年12月~2014年4月收治的20例内镜下经鼻蝶入路切除垂体瘤患者的临床护理进行回顾性分析。结果经过精心护理,20例患者全部康复出院。结论经鼻蝶人路手术治疗垂体瘤损伤小,并发症少。加强围手术期护理,对促进患者早日康复至关重要。
