经鼻蝶入路显微手术切除垂体瘤患者术后并发症护理分析

摘要

目的：探究经鼻蝶入路显微手术切除垂体瘤患者术后并发症的护理对策。方法随机选取2013年3月～2015年3月本院接诊的66例经鼻蝶入路显微手术切除垂体瘤患者作为研究对象，依据数字表法进行随机分组，对照组及观察组各33例；对照组进行临床常规护理，观察组则在此基础上进行优质护理干预。结果两组患者的并发症痊愈率、住院时间以及护理满意率的对比结果具有差异，观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论优质护理干预可有效提高并发症的痊愈率，缩短患者的住院时间，提高患者的康复速度以及护理满意度。%ObjectiveTo explore the nursing strategies of postoperative complications in patients with pituitary tumor treated by microsurgical resection of pituitary tumor.Methods Randomly selected from March 2013 to March 2015,66 cases with transsphenoidal approach for microsurgical resection of pituitary tumor patients as the research object,according to the number table method were randomly divided into two groups,control group and observation group of 33 cases,control group was given routine clinical care,the observation group,on the basis of high quality nursing intervention.ResultsThe complication rate,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were significantly different,the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the recovery rate of complications, shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the recovery rate and nursing satisfaction.
