神经内科老年患者跌倒风险评估与护理干预

摘要

目的：观察跌倒风险评估及预防老年住院患者防跌倒护理中的运用。方法涉及跌倒防范护理记录表(评估及干预记录)，并对240例神经内科住院老年患者进行跌倒风险评估和防跌倒护理干预。比较未实施和实施防跌倒风险评估及护理干预的住院病人跌倒情况。结果实施护理干预后，护理人员及患者、家属防跌倒的意识加强，住院患者跌倒发生率明显下降，患者对跌倒护理满意度明显增加。结论跌倒风险评估和防跌倒护理干预及记录减少了跌倒事件的发生，提高了患者的满意度。%Objective Observation of fal risk assessment and prevention of elderly inpatients in application of anti fal care.Methods To fal prevention nursing record sheet (assessment and intervention record),And 240 cases of hospitalized elderly patients in Department of internal medicine of fal risk assessment and fal preventionnursing intervention.Is not implemented and the implementation of anti inpatient fal risk assessment and nursing intervention in the fal .Results The implementation of nursing intervention,family nursingstaf and patients,fal prevention awareness, decreased the incidence of fal s in hospitalized patients,patients on fal nursingsatisfaction significantly increased.Conclusion Fal risk assessment and fal prevention and nursing intervention to reduce the incidence of fal s recorded events,improve patient satisfaction.
