移动输液系统对门急诊输液厅优质护理服务的影响

摘要

目的：探讨在门急诊输液厅使用移动输液系统对优质护理服务的影响。方法调查我院门急诊输液厅使用移动输液系统前后各200例门急诊输液患者的直接护理时数、间接护理时数及调查患者的满意度，将数据进行统计分析。结果移动输液系统使用后满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论使用移动输液系统，提升优质护理服务品质。%Objective To investigate the use mobile in this transfusion room infusion system's influence on the quality of nursing service. Methods A survey in our this transfusion room mobile the this infusion patients before and after the infusion system of direct nursing, indirect nursing hours and patient satisfaction investigation, the data for statistical analysis. Results Mobile infusion system after use satisfaction ( <0.05). Conclusion Using mobile infusion system, to improve the quality of nursing service.
