Objective To investigate the factors of influence of infertile couples IVF center selection. Methods The choice of 100 infertility couples do the research object, in 2012 September to 2013 September were col ected from the Hospital Reproductive Medical Center Advisory IVF couples, by questionnaire, survey the IVF centre factor. Results The culture: university degree or above accounted for 39% (78/200), 25% (50/200) high school, junior high school and below accounted for 36%(72/200); Occupation: type 49% (98/200), type 51% (102/200); family monthly income: >2000 accounted for 73% (146/200), <2000 27% (54/200). Junior high school and below education couples, access to information is given priority to with the relatives and friends told, accounted for 77.8% (28/36); university or above degree in couples, access to information with network, accounted for 76.9% (30/39). Thinks oneself know IVF success rate 42% (42/100), cognitive awareness IVF costs accounted for 40%(40/100). Class I medical environment is very important or important occupation accounted for 81.6% (40/49), class II occupation accounted for 58.8% (30/51); university or above accounted for 82.1% (32/39), junior high school and below education accounted for 55.6% (20/36). Conclusion In order to improve the ef iciency of IVF centers, is conducive to better patient selection factors analysis to develop countermeasures to improve patient adherence to medical treatment.%目的探讨不孕症夫妇对试管婴儿中心选择的影响因素。方法本次选择100对不孕症夫妇做研究对象,均为2012年9月~2013年9月自本院生殖医学中心咨询试管婴儿夫妇中收集,采用问卷形式,调查选择试管婴儿中心因素。结果文化程度院大学或以上占39%(78/200),高中占25%(50/200),初中及以下占36%(72/200)；职业院玉类49%(98/200),Ⅱ类51%(102/200)；家庭月收入院>2000占73%(146/200),<2000占27%(54/200)。初中及以下文化程度夫妇,获取信息以亲友告知为主,占77.8%(28/36)；大学及以上文化程度夫妇,获取信息以网络为主,占76.9%(30/39)。认为自身知晓试管婴儿成功率占42%(42/100),认知知晓试管婴儿费用占40%(40/100)。为就诊环境非常重要或重要的玉类职业占81.6%(40/49),Ⅱ类职业占58.8%(30/51)；大学或以上占82.1%(32/39),初中及以下文化程度占55.6%(20/36)。结论为提高试管婴儿中心工作效率,更好的利于患者选择,分析影响因素,制定应对措施,可提高患者就医依从。
