急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗后的护理

摘要

Objective To summarize the nursing of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients undergoing intravenous thrombolytic therapy. Methods 50 cases of AMI patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis treatment, while strengthening the nursing care, psychological care and thrombolytic therapy. Results 50 cases of AMI patients with thrombolytic therapy and nursingmeasures, good results. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing process ofthrombolysis in patients with acute myocardial infarction in the care of patients,psychological, and al aspects of life plays a very important role, only good nursing work in all aspects, to help the patients pass thrombolytic period.%目的：对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者行静脉溶栓治疗的护理进行总结。方法对50例AMI患者行静脉溶栓治疗，同时加强一般护理、心理护理及溶栓治疗的护理配合。结果50例AMI患者通过行静脉溶栓治疗及护理措施后，效果良好。结论急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗的整个康复过程中对患者的监护、心理、生活及各方面的护理起着十分重要的作用，只有做好各个方面的护理工作，才能帮助患者顺利渡过溶栓期。
