某院238例I类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

Objective 238 cases of class I operation incision during peri operation use carries on the investigation and analysis of antibacterial drugs, in view of the existing problems and puts forward reform ideas, in order to achieve the purpose of rational use of drugs. Methods From 2013May to August was type I incision 238 cases. Results The preventive use of antibiotics in 238 cases was 117, the preventive use of antimicrobial drug use was 49.15%. Conclusion Through the investigation and analysis, shows that the peri operation period of preventive use of high rate of antimicrobial drugs, drug prevention against master is unknown, preventive medicationtime and choose drugs stil need to carry out rectification.%目的：对238例I类手术切口围手术期抗菌药物使用情况进行调查分析，针对存在问题提出整改意见，以达到合理用药的目的。方法随即抽取2013年5月~8月I类切口病例238份。结果238份病例中预防用抗菌药物的有117份，预防用抗菌药物使用率为49.15%。结论通过调查分析，表明围手术期预防用抗菌药物使用率偏高，预防用药指证掌握不明，预防用药时机和选用药品仍需进行整改。
