东莨菪碱联合苯巴比妥在产程中疗效观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the curative ef ects of Scopolamine Combined with Phenobarbital in labor. Methods 350 pregnant women with anxiety and fear, from January 2013 to June 2013, were divided into treatment group (200 cases) and control group (150 cases) in accordance with the modus operandi.Results The birth process ,dilatation of cervix, pregnancy outcome , postpartum hemorrhage ,neonatus score ,visual analog scale (VAS) score and postpartum urine retention were observed in each group. The ef icacy of treatment group were obvious ,the postoperative VAS score, labor pains,birth process were significantly decreased or shortened compared with the control group except for postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia.Conclusion It could cut down the rate of uterine-incision delivery ,associated with Scopolamine Combined with Phenobarbital in labor.%目的：观察东莨菪碱联合苯巴比妥在缩短产程、减轻分娩疼痛、缓解不良情绪的有效性及安全性。方法选择2013年1月~6月收住本院经症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估为焦虑恐惧孕妇350例，随机分成治疗组200例，对照组150例，治疗组常规处理同时在宫口开至3cm以后，肌注东莨菪碱0.3mg、苯巴比妥0.1g。按视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估两组分娩疼痛程度，观察产程进展宫口扩张速度、妊娠结局、产后出血、新生儿Apgar评分、产后尿潴留并进行统计分析。结果治疗组较对照组产痛明显减轻、产程进展快，且产后尿潴留发生率低，差别均有统计学意义，而产后出血、新生儿窒息无明显差异。结论产程中采取东莨菪碱联合苯巴比妥有效干预，可有效降低剖宫产率。
