自体血注入大鼠脑出血模型的造模体会

         

摘要

目的:应用立体定位仪通过抽取自体鼠尾血回注大鼠大脑的方法造大鼠脑卒中的模型,研究和掌握造出血性脑卒中动物模型的方式和方法。方法 SD雌性大鼠90只,在立体定位仪的辅助定位下,抽取鼠尾动脉血50μL注入大鼠左侧尾状核,应用Longa五级评分法对大鼠行为学观察评分,对大鼠脑出血模型进行评价。结果对90只SD大鼠制作脑出血模型,86只存活大鼠均有神经功能缺损。结论应用自体鼠尾血回注大脑的方法可构建稳定的出血性脑卒中动物模型。%Objective Using the autologous blood of rat tail was injected in its own brain. The model of rat brain hemorrhage was created by the locator application. Construction of hemorrhagic stroke animal model was studied. Methods There were SD female rats 90 in the test. Each rat tail artery 50ul blood was extractedand injected into the left caudate nucleus. The behavior of rats were observed and scored ,according Longa's five score method. Results There are 86 rats survived,on the 90 SD rats produced cerebral hemorrhage models. They have shown neurological deficits. Conclusion It is sensible approach to create an animal model of cerebral hemorrhage which method of autologous rat tail blood reinjection brain.
