葡萄籽原花青素的提取技术研究概况

摘要

Procyanidines was the kind of polyphenolic substance in plantae widely, and the grape seeds were considered the best crude material to exact procyanidines. The extraction technology had been breakthrough with the development and progress of science. In this paper, the extraction technologies for procyanidines of grape seeds were reviewed by col ecting related literatures.%原花青素是植物界广泛存在的一类多酚类化合物，葡萄籽被认为是提取原花青素的最佳原料。随着科技的发展和进步，提取技术不断被突破，本文分析和整理近年来国内外期刊有关的文献，对葡萄籽原花青素的提取技术进行综述，为葡萄籽原花青素的工业生产研究提供参考。
