Objective To evaluate of efficacy and safety of 0.5%raceanisodamine eye drops combined with 0.5% tropicamide eye drops in treatment of childhood primary myopia. Methods Randomly selected 80 (160 eyes )cases of childhood primary myopia in our hospital outpatient , 4 - 8 years old, with no history of spectacles, exclude ophthalmic organic disease.Myopic children with 0.5% Raceanisodamine eye drops once a day in the morning,.With 0.5% Tropicamide eye drops, three times a day before going to bed, each time interval of 5 minutes, 1 drops each time. Medication for at least three months, the review once a month during the treatment. Including visual acuity, slit lamp examination, pupil size, pupil ary light reflex direct and indirect examination, fundus examination, intraocular pressure checked. Results Al Myopic children were successfully completed treatment, medication after three months, no photophopia or lacrimation, no reduction in near vision. Slit lamp examination, pupil size, pupil ary light reflex direct and indirect examination, fundus examination, intraocular pressure examination no abnormalities.The visual and the average diopter were improved obviously.Conclusion 0.5%Raceanisodamide eye drops combined with 0.5%Tropicamide eye drops in treatment of childhood primary myopia is ef icacy and safety.%目的：通过对0.5%消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液联合0.5%托吡卡胺滴眼液治疗儿童初发近视的分析，探讨其有效性和安全性。方法随机选取80例(160只眼)在我院门诊就诊的初发近视的患儿，4~8岁，既往无戴镜史，排除器质性病变。患儿双眼滴用0.5%消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液，早1次，1滴/次；滴用0.5%托吡卡胺滴眼液，睡前滴用3次，间隔5 min/次，1滴/次。用药时间≥3个月，用药期间复查1次/月。包括普通视力检查、裂隙灯检查、瞳孔大小、瞳孔直接及间接光反射检查、眼底检查、眼压检查。结果所有患儿均顺利完成治疗，用药3个月后复查，患儿无畏光、流泪，无视近物不清，裂隙灯检查、瞳孔大小、瞳孔直接及间接光反射检查、眼底检查及眼压检查均无异常。裸眼视力和平均等效屈光度均有明显提高。结论0.5%消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液联合0.5%托吡卡胺滴眼液治疗儿童初发近视是有效的、安全的。
