手术室教学是住院医师培训重要组成部分，手术室教学原则是遵循以患者安全为基础，并进一步优化教学资源，合理控制教学进程，及时反馈，规范的评价与考核，将有利于提高住院医师的临床技能水平。%Operating room teaching is an important part of residency training, which principle is to fol ow the basis of patient safety, and further optimization of teaching resources, reasonable control of the teaching process, and timely feedback, and standardized evaluation and assessment, to improve the resident's clinical skills.
