腹腔镜与传统手术治疗胆道结石的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的对腹腔镜手术与传统手术治疗胆道结石患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。方法选取我院64例胆道结石患者对其进行回顾性分析，对比腹腔镜手术与传统手术的临床治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量、术后排气时间、切口感染发生率等各项数据均优于对照组，两组对比有统计学意义（约0.05）。结论腹腔镜手治疗胆道结石与传统手术相比疗效显著。%Objective To For laparoscopic surgery and traditional surgery in the treatment of patients with biliary calculi comparing the clinical curative ef ect. Methods Select our hospital from 64 patients with biliary calculi, were retrospectively analyzed to compare the clinical treatment ef ect of laparoscopic surgery and traditional surgery. Results Observation group of intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, infection of incision, incidence data are bet er than the control group, compared the two groups was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic hand treating biliary calculi compared with the traditional surgical curative ef ect is distinct, and its application value is worth clinical promotion.
