清热解毒箍围法对感染性糖尿病足溃疡伤口愈合的影响

摘要

目的探究分析清热解毒箍围法对治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法，分析了我院在2013年1月1日~12月31日间收治的60例糖尿病足患者的临床资料，通过清热解毒箍围法进行治疗，观察患者治疗后溃疡伤口的愈合情况。结果60例患者中，有21例达到痊愈，20例达到显效，13例达到有效，6例无效，总有效率达90%。结论清热解毒箍围法可以促进感染性糖尿病足的溃疡伤口的愈合，该方法值得临床广泛应用。%Objective To explore the clinical ef icacy of heat clearing and detoxifying hoop method in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods By retrospective analysis method, analyzed our hospital from January 1, 2013 to 2013 December 31 day treated 60 cases of diabetic foot in patients with clinical data, treated with heat clearing and detoxifying hoop method, healing of ulcer wound were observed after treatment. Results 60 cases, 21 cases of cure, 20 cases be cured, 13 cases ef ective, 6 cases inef ective, the total ef ective rate was 90%. Conclusion Cearing away heat and toxic material encircling method can promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcer wound infection, it is worth in clinical application.
