炎症因子对2型糖尿病血管内皮功能紊乱的影响研究

摘要

目的研究炎症因子对2型糖尿病血管内皮功能紊乱的影响。方法选择2012年3月~2013年3月我院接诊的60例2型糖尿病患者，根据患者是否出现血管病变分为T2DM-A组(未出现血管病变)和T2DM-B组(出现血管病变)。另外选择30例健康体检者进行对照。调查并检测分析三组患者的年龄、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血胆固醇(TC)、血甘油三酯(TG)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)的差异。并检测分析三组的IL-8、IL10、IL-18三项指标的水平。结果 T2DM-B组患者的SBP、DBP、Scr值明显高于NC组和T2DM-A组(<0.05)，T2DM-A组和T2DM-B组的SBP、DBP、BMI、FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、Scr、BUN均明显高于NC组，各项数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 T2DM-B组患者的IL-8、IL-18值明显高于T2DM-A组和NC组(<0.05)，NC组的IL-10值明显高于T2DM-A组和T2DM-B组(<0.05)。结论 IL-8、IL10、IL-18水平的变化，与2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能紊乱相关。%Objective To study the ef ect of Inflammation factors to vascular endothelial dysfunction in type 2 diabetes.Methods Choose from March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital admissions study 60 patients with type 2 diabetes,according to whether the patient T2DM-A group(does not appear to vascular lesions into vascular disease) and T2DM-B group (vascular disease).Also select 30 healthy volunteers were studied.The age, systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),body mass index (BMI),subjects fasting blood glucose (FBG),2 h postprandial glucose (2hPG),glycated hemoglobin ( HbA1c),blood cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) of the three groups were detected. And the IL-8,IL10,IL-18 three indicators were detected and analysed.Results The SBP,DBP,Scr of the T2DM-B group were significantly higher than NC group and T2DM-A group ( <0.05),the DBP,BMI,FBG,2hPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,Scr,BUN SBP of the T2DM-A group and T2DM-B group were significantly higher than NC group,the data was statistical y significant( <0.05).The IL-8,IL-18 of the T2DM-B group was significantly higher than T2DM-A group and NC group ( <0.05),IL-10 values in the control group was significantly higher than T2DM-A group and T2DM-B group ( <0.05).Conclusion IL-8,IL10,IL-18 levels of change,is associated with type 2 diabetes vascular endothelial dysfunction.
