藻酸盐敷料治疗33例糖尿病足伤口的疗效及观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the therapeutic ef ects of alginate dressing on diabetic foot ulcers. Methods 30 cases of patients with diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, 15 cases in Department of internal medicine treatment with alginate dressing method of dressing change, the other 15 cases of traditional treatment and dressing method of similar patients as control. Results The results showed that the alginate dressing wound discharged patients when healing rate increased significantly compared with the control group, the treatment period is shortened obviously ( <0.01), was significantly reduced ( <0.01). Conclusion The alginate dressing has a good therapeutic ef ect on diabetic foot ulcers.%目的探讨藻酸盐敷料对糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法将30例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为两组，15例内科治疗加藻酸盐敷料换药方法，另15例传统治疗及换药方法处理的同类患者作为对照。结果结果显示藻酸盐敷料换药组患者出院时的创面愈合率较对照组明显提高，治疗周期明显缩短(<0.01)，换药次数明显减少(<0.01)。结论藻酸盐敷料对糖尿病足溃疡具有良好的治疗效果。
