60例中药治疗非典型抗精神病药所致代谢综合征的临床研究

摘要

To explore the therapeutic ef ect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of atypical antipsychotic -related metabolic syndrome . Methods The hospital in August 2012 to January 2014 period were treated 60 cases of atypical antipsychotics that cause metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and normal control group . Basis of two groups of patients were using the original atypical antipsychotics on the use of some other agents , some of the control group received a placebo ordinary , traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were given six-Yu Tang for treatment. Closely observe patients for 12 weeks and aspects specific to the twelfth week before the start of the measurement and testing of the fol owing: blood pressure, weight , waist circumference , blood lipids, triglycerides , blood glucose, liver and kidney function and glycosylated hemoglobin. Then TESS for comprehensive and ef ective assessment of side ef ects, with positive symptoms and negative symptoms Table Table assess mental symptoms . Al statistical data and statistical analysis. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the patient's blood sugar medicine treatment group. Calycate hemoglobin, triglycerides, glucose, systolic and diastolic blood pressure in a marked improvement in military pay before treatment , the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.01), while in glycosylated hemoglobin , systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure and other obvious good degree of improvement than the control group , and the difference was statistical y significant ( <0.05). And the two groups in side ef ects scale (TESS) has no significant difference ( >0.05) on the positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) for evaluation. Conclusion We have taken a good medicine can treat psychiatric patients with atypical antipsychotic -induced metabolic syndrome at the same time does not af ect the atypical antipsychotic drug to treat schizophrenia effect , reducing the adverse atypical antipsychotic drugs reactions and make up for the deficiencies of their treatment , it is worthy of my promotion, it is suitable for large-scale use in clinical practice.%目的探索研究中药治疗非典型抗精神病药有关的代谢综合征的治疗效果。方法将我院在2013年8月~2014年5月收治的60例非典型抗精神病药所导致的代谢综合征患者随机平均分为两组：中药治疗组和普通对照组。两组患者均在使用原有的非典型抗精神病药物的基础之上使用一些其他药剂，普通对照组给予一些安慰剂，中药治疗组给予六郁汤进行治疗。紧密观察患者12w，具体要在开始前和第12w测量和测试的方面有以下几点：血压、体重、腰围、血常规、血脂、甘油三酯、血糖、肝肾功能和糖化血红蛋白。然后用副反应量表来对副反应进行综合有效的评定，用阴性症状表和阳性症状表评定患者的精神症状。统计所有数据并进行统计学处理。结果在经过12w的治疗之后，中药治疗组的患者的血糖。糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、血糖、血压中的收缩压和舒张压军交治疗前有了明显的改善，差异具有统计学意义(<0.01),同时在糖化血红蛋白、收缩压、舒张压等明显改善程度要比对照组好，且差异具有统计学差异(<0.05)。而且两组患者在副反应量表(TESS)阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)的评测上不具有显著性差异(>0.05)。结论我们所采取的中药能够很好的治疗精神科患者使用非典型抗精神病药所致代谢综合征的同时不影响非典型抗精神药治疗精神分裂症效果，减轻了非典型抗精神药的不良反应和弥补了其治疗缺陷，值得我么推广，很适合在临床上大量使用。
