鱼骨图分析法在医院职业暴露防护中的应用及效果评价

摘要

Objective Fishbone diagram was used to explore the risk factors of medical personnel's occupational exposure protection in some hospital. The process of the analysis was elaborated in this paper, simultaneously with the ef ect evaluation through the historical data trends. We hope this paper can provide a reference for the peer unit. Methods The reason type of fishbone diagram was applied in this paper, analyzing the problems of hospital's occupation exposure management. Results It was found that using the fishbone diagram wil help to solidify thoughts, explore the root cause of current problem in the occupational exposure management, and provide ideas for improvement measures. Conclusion The correct use of fishbone analysis can help to think more orderly, systematic, and solve the problems more quickly and ef ectively.%目的：阐述某医院使用鱼骨图法对医务人员职业暴露防护进行管理的过程，并通过历年数据变化趋势进行效果评价，为同行单位提供参考和借鉴。方法使用原因型鱼骨图法对某医院在职业暴露防护管理中存在的问题进行分析。结果鱼骨图法可针对职业暴露防护管理的当前问题理清思路，寻找根本原因，为拟定改进措施提供思路。结论正确运用鱼骨图分析法，可使管理思维更加条理和系统，有助于分析和解决问题。
